Wedding weekend catering and bar during some of the worst (or best!) snow for decades! "This weekend was hard. On everyone. Some people made it even harder. You guys made it easier. You made it seem like the snow had never fallen. The food was delivered on time, to the high standard of good weather conditions, let alone the worst snow we have seen in a generation! Wow! We are so blown away by this. Your team were constantly upbeat, polite and industrious. Ivan was a total hero and never once was anything other than totally charming - and on top of everything! And the food - delicious! From start to finish it was the best of British - pie crusts that crunched and melted in the mouth (the lentil pie was so good I asked someone if I was eating meat by mistake!) ham that several guests wouldn't stop raving about, our little platter of canapes that meant we actually got some. The glass chocolate and caramel pots which I happily would have eaten about ten of if my dress wasn't so figure hugging! It was fantastic.
